On Wednesday February 28, 2024, a team from FEICOM’s West regional agency, headed by the agency manager, visited the construction site for the water tanks of 5 mini drinking water supply networks in the urban center of the Dschang Council.
The work, which began on July 17, 2023, is progressing smoothly.
Progress to date stands at 22%, with the construction of two 25m³ water towers, at Marché A and Dschang town hall respectively.
In December, the successful bidder was granted a 45-day suspension of deadlines, which is the reason for the work stoppage and delay.
However, the purpose of the field visit with FEICOM was to raise the company’s awareness of the need to restart work. The said work will restart on Monday March 04, 2024. As for the company, it promises to do everything in its power to ensure that by June work on all sites will be completed and the contract delivered.
