It was a great pleasure for me to be granted an audience late on the morning of Monday 05 June 2023 with the managers of TERGIS, a company specialising in autonomous systems for producing energy and drinking water. Our discussions focused on the operational economic and legal model that will enable TERGIS to work with investors and local authorities to make water drinkable in our regions.
Statistics show that 850 million people still do not have access to drinking water, and forecasters predict that 1.8 billion people worldwide will be affected by water stress. That’s why we’re working with our partners to improve the supply of drinking water for the benefit of our people.
