On Friday, 19 May 2023, I received in audience Prof. Alain NCHIMI, from the University of Luxembourg, a doctor specialising in cardio-thoracic radiology, currently in the medical imaging department of the Luxembourg Hospital Centre. With him we discussed on the elements of attractiveness of the return of the diaspora (sanitary infrastructures, electricity networks, water networks, etc.). We also discussed on the issue of sanitation (sludge, pollution, waste management, etc.). We also discussed on the ongoing project to build the municipal city, which aims, among other things, to lay the foundations for the return of the diaspora.
