For the happiness of the populations of TOULÉ, we have engaged in partnership with the Association les Royales Filles Foto led by the President Mrs. Leonie Tonfack Tchabgou on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the construction of a Drinking Water Supply (DWSS) by drilling to promote access to drinking water for the well-being of the populations of the locality concerned and its surroundings, located in the Foto Group. This water supply system is the expression and highlighting of the participatory management promoted by the Mandate of Challenges.
